The Blue Wave was a White Wave

The Blue Wave was a White Wave on Tuesday before the State of the Union address. Democratic women dressed in white—and men wore a white ribbon—to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the constitutional amendment giving women the right to vote nationwide. We were also celebrating that the rising number of women—89 Democrats in the House—is one more way our Democratic Caucus looks like America.
