Fostering tourism with education

The Northern Marianas College’s Community Development Institute included your congressional office in their new educational tourism program and on Wednesday, I welcomed a group led by program director, Arthur De Oro. The program is a collaboration between Century Tours and NMC that welcomes participants to the Marianas and teaches them about our rich cultures, history, and political structure.
