House overrides Trump veto

The House voted on Monday to override the President’s veto of the FY21 National Defense Authorization Act, which includes a number of Northern Marianas bills I authored. The bills I piggybacked on the NDAA will help military spouses pay for career education and provide new grant funds for small businesses, to help students excel in STEM, and let law enforcement in the Marianas use the Amber Alert system to keep children safe.
