The Congressional Award is an award given by the United States Congress to honor youth for setting and achieving challenging goals.  The youth of the Northern Marianas are invited to register and earn awards in each of the four areas of Voluntary Public Service, Personal Development, Physical Fitness, Expedition/Exploration.

Individuals who participate will have fun earning progress towards awards by getting more involved in activities they already enjoy or activities they are trying for the very first time.  The program is open to all youth regardless of their ability, circumstance, or socioeconomic status, including young people with special needs or disabilities.
